Happy New Year Buildies! 2019 and we’re all gonna make it. The snow is still rollin’, and the weather is still icy. That’s great, because the cold makes it hard for the undead to move quickly. Didn’t you hear? Building Character HQ has a zombie problem, a regular infestation. The undead are crawling, shambling, and gnawing at the door…

But I’m feelin’ pretty good. Why? Because Special Agent Leon S. Kennedy is on his way! Spoilers for the core Resident Evil games (and a few of the CGI movies). Let’s take a look at the President’s right hand man!

Becoming The Batman in D&D 5th Edition!

It’s been a long time coming, so thanks for sticking with us Buildies! Today we’re tackling a brutal build for a brutal man, the Dark Knight himself: Batman! We’ll be creating the mortal who stands shoulder to shoulder with gods and monsters in Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, so you can bring the Bat to your gaming table when that epic level 20 session gets called. Creating Selina Kyle, “Catwoman” in D&D 5th Edition!

Hello everybody! Welcome to this week’s edition of Building Character! This time, we’re straying from the hyper-masculine sword swingers, and turning our attention to one of pop culture’s most well-known thieves: Catwoman!

Born on the mean streets of Gotham city’s East End, Selina Kyle learned how to fend for herself. Developing her skills as a con artist, pickpocket, fighter, and cat burglar, she grew into a capable criminal. The city that never sleeps had never seen a break-in expert of her talents before, and never will again. Now, we’ll be bringing her into the lab to see what it takes to make a master criminal!
